Country Manager - Rwanda
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential prospects from personally generated research to build a robust sales pipeline.

Engage with prospects to understand their unique pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs.

Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proposals.

Build upon Protos public sector deployments to develop and execute a scalable sales process for the Rwanda government and private sectors, from prospecting and demand generation through to contract execution.

Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

Utilize Pipedrive CRM to track sales activity, manage the pipeline, and meet revenue targets in Rwanda.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives within the Financial, Healthcare, and Transportation industries in Rwanda.

Establish and foster strong reseller partnerships.

Work closely with the Customer Experience (CX) team to ensure successful and smooth new client onboarding and implementation.

Collaborate with internal teams, providing feedback from the field to help shape future product development and strategy.
